Is pricing in USD or Pesos? IS it for one-way or round trip?
All pricing is listed in USD (American Dollars), not in Mexican Pesos or Canadian Dollars. Your credit card company will handle the conversion and give you the best daily exchange rate. The prices shown are for a one-way trip per seat on our shuttle, and you also have the option to book a round trip when checking out. It’s that easy!
Where do I find You at the Airport?
All Cabo airport shuttles are just outside Terminals 1 and 2, ready when you arrive. After you exit the airport, simply check your booking receipt for directions and head to the matching umbrella number to meet your transportation rep. Got questions? How long does it take for the shuttle to depart Cabo Airport?
Shared Shuttles: Once you land at Cabo Airport and check in with your rep, you might have a short wait—typically around 10 to 60 minutes—for the shuttle van to fill up. Remember, this is the wait time once you check in at the assigned location.
Private Transfers: Once you check in with your rep, they’ll call your private vehicle if it’s not already waiting for you. The Cabo Airport Transportation Authority has strict vehicle staging rules at pick-up, so we’ll do our best to make it a quick departure.
Remember, there are Bars and Restaurants outside the airport for a quick, cold refresher—just enough time to soak in the Cabo vibes!
How long does the shuttle take to get to my resort?
It all depends on how far your destination is from the airport. The further you’re headed, the more likely there’ll be a few stops along the way to drop off other passengers on a Shared Shuttle. Expect your trip to take about 45 minutes to 1-½ hours, depending on traffic and stops. If you’ve booked a Private service, we’ll take you straight to your resort, villa, or rental—unless you’ve added a grocery stop. So sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride!
Can I book a same-day shuttle?
Yes, we can get you on a Shared Shuttle or a Private Transfer the same day you arrive—book it online or call us. However, we cannot make same-day Shared Shuttle departures from your resort as pick-up logistics are scheduled the night before, and the Transportation Authority of Los Cabos prohibits this. Always book a departure Shared Shuttle at least 72 hours in advance. Otherwise, we’d be happy to provide you with a departure Private Transfer.
Do shared airport shuttles go to private homes or villas?
Yes, however, they will only deliver to the community gate or entrance location. Only private transportation in Cabo can take you to a private home, villa, or condo.
How many stops does a Cabo airport Shared shuttle make?
A typical shared shuttle carries about 10 passengers, so depending on where you’re headed, you can expect 2-4 stops along the way to drop off fellow travelers.
What is the last airport shuttle each day?
Most days, shuttle service winds down between 6 and 7 p.m., but it can shift depending on advance bookings and flight arrivals. Plan ahead, and if you’re ever in doubt, just give us a call to confirm!
What happens if I miss my airport shuttle due to a delayed flight or missed connection?
Refer to your booking receipt emailed after your secure online reservation. The first paragraph reads, “If you have changes, cancellations, or modifications (within our Terms of Services that you agreed to at the time of booking), you are required to submit them through our Reservation Update System. My plane is delayed: Will I miss my shuttle when I get to Cabo?
When you reserve your transportation, we gather all airline flight information to monitor your flight for delays or cancellations and ensure we have a vehicle waiting for you and your party. If you anticipate a delay over a few hours, you are required to submit the information through our Reservation Update System.
Is there an airport shuttle with a grocery stop?
No, shared shuttles do not make grocery or store stops. You would need to reserve a private airport transportation service. When going private, you’ll have the option to stop at Walmart, Fresko, Costco, California Market, or other grocery stores. There are options for a 30-minute or 1-hour stop during the online reservation process.
Can I cancel my airport shuttle service and get a refund?
Yes, you can cancel up to 72 hours before your transportation service for a full refund. If you have changes, cancellations, or modifications (within our Terms of Services that you agreed to at the time of booking), you are required to submit them through our Reservation Update System.
